Meet Lisa Moyo
With over 10 years in commercial debt recovery and B2B dispute resolution, Lisa is a commercial debt recovery specialist with over a decade of experience turning distressed, multi‑million‑pound ledgers into predictable cash flow. Known for resolving complex M&E, Fire & Security and construction‑based disputes, she played a key role in a credit function recognised at the CICM British Credit Awards 2026.
Recognising that SMEs face the same contractual challenges as PLCs but without access to Credit Control / Credit Management expertise, Lisa founded Luum to bridge that gap — to bring PLC‑level forensic credit management to SMEs, property managers and independent contractors. Focusing not just on recovering overdue balances, but on strengthening credit processes and removing the friction that causes disputes and delays.
Every case is handled personally by Lisa, ensuring no juniors, no call‑centre models and no diluted expertise. Her background across construction, Fire & Security, recruitment, technology and the public sector give her the commercial precision needed to navigate high‑volume ledgers and multi‑stakeholder environments.
